Description
The terrain is 600 square meters (or about 6000 sf), with 10.5 m (33 ft) opening to the main street in Breaza, Prahova county, Romania; it has some fruit trees and some shady trees, along with a pergola like space for dining outside!
It is up to the new owners to update the interiors the way they would like. The houses are sold "As IS".
All the ownership documents are in good shape, there are no restrictions into selling the properties.
The two houses have all the utilities needed (gas stove, central heating system, water and septic), and they can be used either as permanent residences or as vacation homes. Also, if a larger family needs some assistance with the kids, the nanny or the in-laws can live in the smaller house, while the family can still enjoy the privacy, leaving in the bigger home.
There are plenty of rooms in the two houses!
The bigger home has 4 floors (a maid quarter, with an external entrance at the garden level, a main level, a second level and a finished attic, good for multiple destinations, starting with the possibility of an extra bedroom, or ending up as a play, video, or music room). The town of Breaza is situated 95 km (54 miles) from Bucharest, the capital of Romania, at the entrance to Prahova Valley and is accessible by car via National Road 1 (DN1), or by train (railway). Trips to neighboring Predeal, Busteni, Sinaia, Azuga, where you can practice different sports year round or just relax. Also there is the possibility to visit famous castles and palaces as well as other buildings and museums, all of which are accessible in 1 hour. You can also visit the embroidery and ready-made clothes handicraft workshops. In Breaza you have the possibility to take part in bike trips, on mountain bike marked trails, and the possibility of practicing winter sports such as skiing. The nightlife in the resort is vivacious. Breaza is a wonderful place with lots of potential. You will never get bored as you venture out in search of new attractions and activities!
