About Jesolo
Jesolo is a sea-side resort located near the city of Venice in the north east of Italy. It is also the
second largest Italian resort of its kind and it is chosen as a holiday destination by over one million
tourists every year: mainly Italians, Germans, Austrians, British, French, Swiss etc.

The Residential Complex “Isola Blu”
“Isola Blu”(The Blue Island) it’s a residential complex, all apartments come turn- key and ready to
move. The apartments includes full furnishing made from top quality and beautiful designs,
electrical products such as TV and satellite, cooker and washing machine. It also contains general
household goods and utensils such towels, plates, salt and pepper shakers. Nothing is left to chance.
The complex is supposed to create a complete infrastructure, including shops, pharmacies,
restaurants, bars and entertainment centres.
The complex involves the construction of pedestrian and bike path from which you can reach in 5
minutes the beach of Lido di Jesolo.
The complex has a huge underground car park. In the price of each apartment includes one parking
space. At the request of the buyer, you can purchase additional space for parking.
