The area is famous for its sausages made with pork 'salsiccia'.
There is a stone built church in the centre of the town which honours Sant'Ilario and Virgin Maria S.
There are two fiesta days honouring the two saints one is held on the last Sunday in April and the other in August. These are very lively events where music is played in the streets and local cuisine is plentiful.
On the day of Sant'Ilario, a traditional Italian festival is held in the village square which attracts people from all over Italy.
