Mouronho is a village that lies in the foothills of the Açor Mountain between the village of Tábua and Arganil. This village is situated a few kilometers of the Alva River,  along this river there is a beautiful river beach, ideal for the summer. In Mouronho there are diverse and interesting places to visit, such as beautiful chapels, fountains, etc..

This property is located in the center of the village, along the main road.
The ruin has two floors and a floor area of 90 m². At the side of the house there are three annexes with 65 m². The ruin was originally built with river stones. Possibility of rebuilding the house, keeping some of its original features, transforming it into a beautiful villa.
At the back of the house there is a garden with 2573 m² of land. On the land there are some olive trees.
This property has magnificent views of the Serra da Estrela, Serra do Açor and the surrounding green areas.
