The land has open views to the south, and although bounded by a public footpath to Ervedal, 15 minutes’ walk away, is in a very quiet and undisturbed location. This distinctive piece of terrain has several areas of exposed granite rock, and an abundance of wild flowers growing, including wild lavender and tongue orchid, as well as oak, hawthorn and pine trees. The land would be suitable for keeping horses, with lots of tracks for riding nearby. The property is accessed by a good dirt track.
