For clients who do not wish to own the unbits but still prefer the guaranteed yearly accomodation in Boracay, for 30 years. We offer this unique product which from hereon, we will refer to as the Extended Lease Progam for 30 years, in which: 

1. The buyer chooses a vacation package of 4 days/3 nights OR 5 days/4nights. 

2. He selects his season of: 

PREMIUM - December, january, February, march, April and May 

ADVENTURE - June, July August, Septermber, October and November 

3. PRICE PER PACKAGE: 

PREMIUM A - (5 days/4 nights ) = Php 330,000 

B - (4 days/3nights) = Php 310,000 

ADVENTURE A = (5 days/4nights) = Php 280,000 

B = ( 4 nights/3 days) = Php 260,000 

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS: 

1. OUTRIGHT CASH IN 30 DAYS WITH 10% DISCOUNT. 

2. ONE (1) YEAR TO PAY, 30% downpayment in 30 days, 70% balance payable in 2 balloon payment: 

one every 6 months, zero interest 

3. 24 MONTHS TO PAY ; 50% downpayment in 30 days, 50% balance payable in 4 balloon payments: 

one every 6 months,. interest free. 

RESERVATION FEE FOR ELP30 is Php 20,000
