Description
Very attractive plot, situated in the town Kazuń Polski, 30 km from Warsaw downtown. The plot is located in the buffer zone of Kampinos National Park, which stretches across the road 579 leading west toward city Błonie and further connects with the road A2 Poznan – Berlin. Within 5 km to the east lies main road E 77, that is currently being modernized to motorway standards and the completion is expected in mid-2012. It enters into the composition of the European intermediate tour that runs north-south through central Europe. The plot has area of 13,800 square meters, the width of the narrower sides of the plot of about 40m which allows you the freedom to carry out internal roads, access road, possibly after the division.
